W3 Outfitters, Inc has been in business since 1989, owned and operated by the Moore family for the last 16 years. Recently, we purchased longtime famous Chuck Davies Guide Service, expanding our outfit even more. In addition to Elk/Mule Deer hunt packages, we offer summer horseback pack trips, shed antler hunting, wild horse viewing, outdoor school and guide school. We just finished up a very successful 2011 season, averaging between 75%-100% opportunities. We guide mostly in Colorado Units 12, 42, 421, 521 and are permitted in Units 1, 2, 10 and 201. Elk and Mule Deer are the primary game hunted.

W3 Outfitters, Inc is a full time outfitter maintaining 40-50 head of horses and mules all year long. During the winter and spring, we promote our business and repair equipment. In summer we operate a guide school, clear trails, scout for the upcoming season and do pack trips along with preparing for the fall hunts.

Our hunts take place in roadless country in tent camps with the only mode of transportation ~~~ horseback or walking. Our operation takes place on public lands with permits from the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management.
